  • Easy! Call 765-787-0123 or just head to the booking form on the equipment page you're interested in. Select your rental dates, fill out the form, and click BOOK NOW. We’ll follow up with a call and email you a confirmation once your rental is finalized.

  • Yes, we require a credit card on file for all rentals—no exceptions. It helps protect both you and us in case of damages or late returns.

  • Yes. All rentals require a fully refundable security deposit, which is charged when your rental begins. As long as everything comes back clean, undamaged, and on time, your deposit will be refunded right away. We'll confirm the exact amount before your rental starts.

  • Yep! We offer delivery and pickup for everything except dump trailers. Just enter your distance in miles from our location during booking, and we’ll calculate the cost automatically.

  • Absolutely. Most equipment is available for self-pickup—just make sure you have the right size trailer or vehicle, and we’ll help load you up safely. For more info on Self Transport, click here.

  • Unfortunately, no—not at this time. We don’t currently offer Equipment Hauler trailers on their own. However, we do have plans to rent Equipment Haulers, Skid Steers, and other gear as a package deal in the near future—stay tuned!

  • Bring your driver’s license and the credit card you used to book. If you filled out the Rental Agreement and Damage Waiver ahead of time, our driver will still check your ID to make sure everything matches. If you were unable to fill out your Rental Agreement, our representative will assist you on-site.

  • Skid steers and attachments: Subject to a 2.25% Indiana Heavy Equipment Rental Excise Tax.

Dump trailers & towed equipment: Charged 7% Indiana Sales Tax.

Delivery fees, deposits, and RDW are added based on your selections at the time of booking and are not subject to tax.

  • We try to make sure we always have the equipment you need, when you need it—but sometimes, due to high demand, it may already be spoken for. If that happens, we’ll offer you a discount on your next rental as a thank-you for checking with us. We'll also add you to the waitlist and reach out if it becomes available.

  • The RDW is optional coverage that protects you from being responsible for most accidental damage. It only costs 10% of the rental cost (excluding delivery, tax, and deposit). Some things still aren’t covered, like lost keys, theft, or gross negligence. Click here to learn more.

  • We don’t require insurance, but you assume full financial responsibility for the equipment during your rental. That’s why we highly recommend adding the Rental Damage Waiver to protect yourself from most accidental damage.

If you’re a DIY homeowner, your personal insurance likely won’t cover rented equipment.

If you’re a contractor with coverage, we’ll need your policy number and provider info listed in the Insurance & Liability section of our Damage Waiver.

  • Let us know immediately. We’ll come out and replace the tire or fix the issue. Don’t try to repair it yourself—that can make things worse and could cost more.
If you purchased our Rental Damage Waiver (RDW), small repairs like this are 100% covered.

  • We do! Our team goes through a simple checklist when you rent and return equipment, so everything is clean, fueled, and ready to go. No surprises.

  • Just give us a call or email as soon as you know. We’re pretty flexible, but short-notice cancellations might incur a fee—always try to give us at least 48 hours notice.

  • You sure do! Every dollar you spend earns you 3 points. We run double points promos sometimes too. Once you hit 1,000 points, we’ll email you a $10 coupon code. You can spend it on merch from our store or save up your points for bigger coupons if you'd like!

  • Yes! If you've rented from us before and refer someone new who completes a rental, you both win—they get $50 off their first rental, and you get a $50 bonus as a thank-you for spreading the word.
